Dr. Nicole Enrique is the founder and CEO of Laguna Psychological Services. She received her B.A. in Psychology from University of California, Los Angeles, as well as her M.A. and Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Azusa Pacific University.

Her other interests include working with people struggling with perfectionism, imposter syndrome, and achievement addiction. She has advanced training in treating anxiety disorders and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).

 

Dr. Enrique is passionate about providing culturally-responsive care that recognizes not just the individual, but the systems and contexts they are living within.

Dr. Enrique has worked with people of all ages in settings such as hospitals, colleges, and community health centers. This includes a neuropsychology externship at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles, an APA-accredited internship at Lawndale Christian Health Centers and Meiers Clinics, as well as a post-doctoral fellowship at The Claremont Colleges. She has experience working with individuals presenting with anxiety, ADHD, depression, grief/loss, family issues, relationship issues, intergenerational conflict, life transitions, and more. She specializes in BIPOC mental health, college mental health, and therapy for healthcare professionals (including therapists).
