THERAPY

Racing thoughts, worries about the future, low motivation, fatigue. These are some of the hallmark symptoms of anxiety and depression. Anxiety and depression can get in the way of you living a full life, and many times these disorders go undiagnosed and untreated. Fortunately, there are evidence-based treatments that can provide a way forward. Individual therapy can provide you with strategies to better manage symptoms of anxiety and depression and improve your quality of life.

ANXIETY & DEPRESSION
GRIEF & LOSS

Whether you are grieving the loss of a relationship, pet, or loved one, you deserve space and support to grieve. Grieving is a part of the human experience. Grief therapy can help you to make sense of your loss and begin to heal. We will go at your pace–gently and slowly. You do not have to grieve alone. Together, you and I can create a safe and compassionate space to process your loss.

Relationships can be difficult and complicated. It is not unusual for people to struggle in their relationships with family members, friends, romantic partners, and others. This can look like a pattern of fighting, disappointment, and/or loneliness. Therapy can help you gain clarity around how you relate to others, and the types of relationships you have. It can also help you to make more intentional choices in your relationships so that they better align with your values. In our time together, we will identify unhelpful patterns and practice new ways of relating. This usually results in stronger, healthier, happier relationships.

RELATIONSHIPS

Do you ever feel like no matter what you do, it’s never enough? Do you struggle with your sense of self-worth? If so, you may benefit from therapy that is geared towards strengthening your sense of self and letting go of perfectionism. In therapy, we will work on strengthening your inner self and living authentically. As your therapist, I will support you in taking a courageous and honest look at the beliefs you hold about yourself and how they might be getting in the way of your best life.
