My approach to therapy is a combination of compassion and honesty. Together, we will create a safe space where all parts of you are welcome. You are unique and your mental health journey will be too. I can help you create an individualized plan for the change you are hoping to experience, and walk with you along the way.


I utilize a combination of evidence-based techniques to help you gain a greater understanding of yourself in order to help facilitate change.
