I specialize in working with high-functioning adults, including BIPOC individuals and Asian / Asian-American clients, who are navigating:

• ADHD symptoms (focus, organization, mental overload)

• Social anxiety or generalized anxiety

• Relationship challenges or patterns

• Family conflict, cultural expectations, or intergenerational dynamics

• Loneliness or difficulty feeling fully understood

• Questions related to identity, purpose, or spirituality

 

Many of my clients appear “put together” externally, while internally managing significant stress, self-doubt, or disconnection.
